Welcome to Vermentina

A menu, different every day of the week, inspired to the Tuscan Maremma traditions.

Vermentina is the cuisine of Tenuta Casteani: simple but richly flavoured dishes, accompanied by wines from our winery.
You will be immersed in a unique natural setting: 80 hectares of woods and vineyards surround the top of the hill on which we are located, from which you can admire a fantastic view of the valleys below.

Before dinner…

Try our 'AperiWine' at sunset

A glass of wine from our Winery with a selection of local produce.
Prepare to admire a unique spectacle from the top of the hill on which we are located: the fantastic view of the Maremma valleys, enhanced by the marvellous colours of the last light of day, will accompany you during this unmissable experience!
